Building Engineer

Required

• Can do initiative, solutions-oriented attitude, good communicator
• Technical mechanical knowledge and proficiency
• Ability to ascertain what repairs are most urgent in nature and prioritize
• Minimum high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• 5+ years related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
• Universal CFC certification
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required, e. Journeyman or Master Electrician License or City Licenses, such as Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness, High Pressure Boiler License, High Pressure Steam Operator, etc.)
• Experience in operation, maintenance and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems, etc.
• Knowledgeable in energy management systems, energy reduction techniques and
• Knowledge of front-end Building Automations Systems
• Thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance, and repair
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
