Ayahealthcare Product Manager II at Aya Healthcare manages software initiatives to improve internal communication and streamline business operations. Responsible for developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap while leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

On-going development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Drive discovery activities – working with business leaders and users, as well as design and technical team members – to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our end users.
Lead cross-functional teams to collaboratively realize product concepts and bring them to market.
Effectively engage with stakeholders to align on shared impact objectives, understand their business goals and processes, and manage their expectations.
Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
Respond to changing market and business dynamics quickly, with effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team and leadership
Use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve the quality and efficiency of product management work.
As Aya expands AI capabilities within its products, develop the skills needed to identify, define, and design AI-enabled product features in partnership with design and engineering.
Support Production Support team with analyzing escalated issues

Qualification

Proven ability to engage with engineers

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of product management experience with internal/enterprise application(s)
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
Experience using AI tools to support core product management work, such as research, analysis, discovery, requirements development, documentation, and communication.
Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly as part of day-to-day product management work.
Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features is a plus, but not required.
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
