Responsibilities

Assemble and process license packets and mail with systematic organization.
Meticulous entry and maintenance of pertinent information for licensure processing and reporting on projects
Track information related to licensing projects, updating information in a timely fashion, and responding to inquiries with speed and professionalism.
Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise.
Provide other administrative support as needed.
Assist as needed with additional licensing projects.
