Responsibilities

Develop new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking
Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs
Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Prepare quotes, address objections, and confidently close sales
Maintain consistent prospect follow-up and manage an active sales pipeline
Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer relationships
Track sales activity and work toward individual production targets
Build a referral network and contribute to continued agency growth
Participate in sales coaching, product training, and ongoing development

Qualification
