Responsibilities

Align and lead a new NORAM scaled Customer Success team
Coach managers and grow their teams
Own hiring, onboarding, performance, career development, and succession planning
Set coaching standards for scaled customer engagement
Design team structure, headcount, coverage ratios, and reporting lines
Maintain operating rhythm to keep managers accountable
Partner with Sales and Renewals on forecast, renewal execution, and expansion
Architect the Global Customer Success strategy
