Studio and Workplace Coordinator

Required

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping track of multiple tasks at once.
• Proactive and dependable, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needs change throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office, production, or studio environment.
• A clear and thoughtful communicator who keeps the Content Operations and Workplace teams informed of needs or issues.
• Service-oriented and team-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including moving supplies, receiving deliveries, and keeping shared spaces organized and stocked.
• Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in production, workplace operations, hospitality, or studio environments.
• Previous experience in office administration, hospitality, facilities, production, or a similar support role is a plus, but not required.
