Ayahealthcare Client Enablement & Solutions Specialist at Aya Healthcare supports adoption and use of the Workforce AI platform through client discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and training. The role collaborates with healthcare clients and internal teams to ensure successful platform implementation.

Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Design
Participate in client-facing discovery sessions, gathering information about current staffing and scheduling practices, workflows, and technology configurations.
Identify potential solution recommendations based on discovery findings.
Document client needs and collaborate with internal teams to align discovery outcomes with Workforce AI product capabilities.
Configuration, Testing & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with internal resources to configure and validate the Workforce AI platform for each client.
Conduct hands-on testing of environments, workflows, and configuration prior to go-live.
Validate client data and system behavior against expected workflows and forecasting logic.
Identify, document, and escalate defects or issues in partnership with Product, QA, Engineering, and Workforce AI leadership.
Client Training, UAT, Resource Development & Go-Live Support
Develop and maintain comprehensive client training plans for all Workforce AI modules.
Deliver and facilitate client training sessions tailored to different user roles.

Required

Prior experience as a healthcare staffer, scheduler, or related workforce management practitioner.
Hands-on experience with technical training, scheduling technology, and supporting users through system adoption.
Experience working in a newly formed role or rapidly evolving organization.
Prior experience using or supporting UKG WFM Pro, including implementation or rollout experience.
Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to work through complex issues in dynamic client environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
