Bstock Solutions The Customer Success Manager owns the strategy and GMV performance for B-Stock's scaled seller segment, building the operating model and playbook as the segment scales. This role forecasts GMV, advises sellers on strategies, and partners cross-functionally to grow the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Own GMV for the scaled seller portfolio: set targets, forecast quarterly, and deliver against the number
Build the coverage strategy and operating model for the segment
Segment the book and recommend where to invest for growth, retention, and reactivation
Develop and advise sellers on listing, pricing, and recovery strategies
Identify and convert growth opportunities including new inventory, category, and geographic expansion
Design scalable engagement programs and automation from outreach cadence to self-service
Report portfolio health, forecast, and performance to leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Product

Qualification

5+ years in account managementConsultative and strategicB2B marketplace

Required

5+ years in account management, customer success, or a seller/revenue role, including direct ownership of a revenue or GMV target.
Track record building or scaling a coverage model, book strategy, or growth program.
Strong commercial and analytical skills — comfortable forecasting and working in Salesforce and a BI tool such as Tableau.
Experience using AI tools to build account analyses, client reports and dashboards, and communication templates that improve client results and portfolio growth.
Consultative and strategic; familiarity with a sales methodology such as SPICED is a plus.
Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and turn strategy into repeatable programs.

Preferred

B2B marketplace, recommerce, or e-commerce experience.
The pay rate for this role will range between $70,000 to $85,000, per annum. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant’s work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.
